This Site is operated by the Bob Archuleta for CA Senate 2026 campaign committee (the “Campaign”), a political committee supporting Bob Archuleta’s candidacy for CA Senate representing California’s 30th Senate District. Any references to “we,” “us,” or “our” in these Terms refer to the Campaign.

3. Use of the Website
You may use the Site for lawful purposes consistent with these Terms. You may not use the Site to: upload or transmit unlawful, harmful, defamatory, abusive, obscene, or otherwise objectionable content; interfere with the operation of the Site; or violate any applicable federal, state, or local law.
